Competitive boxer working focus mitts with a coach

Program 03 · Competitive

Amateur & Professional Fight ready.

Fight preparation for boxers, plus support training for kickboxers, MMA fighters, and hockey players.

01

What to expect

Learn the work.
Earn the progress.

This path is for experienced amateur and professional boxers in the Denver area who want structured fight preparation, and for athletes from other sports who need what boxing builds: kickboxers, MMA fighters, and hockey players train here as a support program for their own sport. Training sharpens timing, distance, defense, and combinations, builds the conditioning a bout or a season demands, and works on strategy and composure under pressure. Placement starts with a conversation: send your experience and goals, and a coach will talk through the right training path.
