Information we collect
When you request a free class, we collect the information you provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, selected program, preferred date, and optional message. For youth inquiries, a parent or guardian contact may be requested. We also store limited technical data in hashed or shortened form to protect the form from abuse.
How we use it
We use inquiry information to respond to your request, discuss an appropriate class, operate the website, prevent spam, and maintain a record of gym communications. A submitted request is not a confirmed booking.
Sharing and retention
We do not sell inquiry information. Information may be handled by service providers needed to host or secure the website, subject to their agreements. Inquiry records are retained only as long as reasonably needed for gym operations, dispute resolution, and applicable legal obligations.
Your choices
You may ask to review, correct, or delete inquiry information by contacting the gym. Some records may need to be retained when required by law or legitimate operational needs. Contact bringitbackboxing@gmail.com.
Children
The public request form is intended for parents, guardians, and prospective participants. It is not designed to create detailed child profiles or collect sensitive information about children.
